Must we die before they help us

<p>I went to Maphuta Malatji hospital 03 November 2016 around 13:35 when i arrived at OPD they told me to go and fetch my file at the back where they keep them , I walked to their file office find two ladies sleeping on the table. I knocked at the door the answer i got from them was we are on lunch. The question is why do they have to go to lunch at the same time because patient walks in any time they need their files to see a doctor. What if the patient is too weak to wait for their lunch to be over. I was so disappointed to wait 30 minutes for my file. Who do we run to for help?</p>
