Municipal Health Services Noise Management System

Recently the Tshwane Department of Health Started a Noise Complaint service. This is the first time I tried to use this service.

I've had a neighbor build a chicken coop right next to my room window. The roosters are extremely vocal(crows several times a day and crows between 1 am -8 am) and the neighbor built it against two border walls.

So I've contacted them by email ********** first time in APRIL. I've also called them about 6 times, when I asked them for a follow up they put me on hold for half an hour after which I put the phone down. On another call when I explained the details carefully I was asked immediately by the operator to send an email. Of all the operators I have talked to not one tried to be even remotely helpful. From a total of 5 emails sent, about once a month, none have been rep****. This service is truly terrible and I doubt this service has ever helped anyone.
