Mistreatment for Nursing Staff

The service patients get at Lentegeur Hospital is atrocious. For one someone was placed by a bed where the emergency button does not work. When we approached the matron on duty about the nurses ignoring patients he promised the patient would be moved to a different bed and vowed that he will ensure great service later to find out the nurses started mistreating the person and said why must the bed be moved they can hear when someone calls them but they are so loud in there personal conversations on 2 occasions this person wet themselves even though they shouted for the nurse to help them. Another patient in the same ward defecated themselves waiting on a nurse to help them. What happened to the treating people with dignity... It seems they are just there to earn a salary. A elderly patient even said and I quote "My own people mistreat me. They shout and belittle and treat us worse than animals" to the department of health you need to sort out your staff or send them on a course on how to treat people.
