Miserable service at Ravensmead Day hospital-Parow

l went for a pap smear last month at Ravensmead Day Hospital a month ago and was told to book an appointment to see a doctor to collect results.On my way out l went through the reception to book the appointment and this Xhosa receptionist refused to book me the appointment saying l must come another day for that.The week that followed,l went back again and she said l must come very early and she turned me away again.l then went again today and she already seems to know me.l was early today and still she said l told you to come early and get a number and sit.l sat well until 8:30 am and still noone could book that appointment for me.i then approached this other sister and asked why l must spent the whole day just to book a doctors app.She then took me back to the reception where she asked another receptionist to book me and it was done while the Xhosa one looked on.<br> <br> Why do we have people with bad attitued working in a service industry.She does not deserve to be serving people.l am very upset and disappointed.<br> <br> Dianah
