Medical negligence

I was admitted at Bheki mlangeni hospital on 20 December 2020 and discharged o the 24 of December 2020, I was discharged with my hand bruised but doctor said I'll be fine after a month there was a hard object on my forearm like an implant,i went to a local clinic that later referred me back to the hospital where I went for x X-ray when the nurse stated a foreign body but the doctor denied.he then set an appointment where he tried removing what inside my Vein but he failed now diagnosed me with chronic phlebitis without any Altra sound or scans.my left hand is giving me problems I can no longer take e of myself and children life is hard am not earning anything due to my condition my eyes blackouts am having chest pains and difficulties breathing,am on a waiting list for another operation,my soft tissues are damaged said the other Indian doctor from the same hospital am losing hope cause am always depressed about how am gonna make a living with this malfunctional body so I need so compensation to start a life of being unable to use my left hand properly ,when I lift heavy items my heart beat very painful like it's locking my bones are now always cold and pain,am always frustrated and angry,mother of my children even left me because of my behaviours since March please help me
