Mad Matron at Stretford Clinic Orange Fam

I was supposed to collect my chronic medication at Stretford clinic in Orange farm on the 5th of May 2020 and we were sent away by the clinics operational manager at around midday because the clinic closes earlier due to Covid19 today I went back again to try and collect the medication and was welcomed by a rude man at the gate who was not wearing any uniform to show that he is part of the clinic staff and he was not even wearing a name tag. What happened to the patient rights which states that a patient has a right to be assisted by a medical personnel that we can be identified by a name tag. Furthermore the matron can and started shouting at the patient by the gate and told us that she can disrespect us however she wants because we are at the clinic to bring nothing but viruses.

I have never felt so humiliated and felt degraded as passersby were looking at us (the patients) like we had the Corona virus. He had no professionalism and was screaming like a mad woman. The matron of Stretford clinic further went to say that she was doing us a favour by letting patients inside the clinic so my question is, is the Matron the owner of the clinic and is the matron not being paid since she is saying she is doing us a favour?

The level of disrespect in this facility outrageous and if health practitioners are going to intimidate patients then more people are going to continue to die as people area afraid of nurses.
