Knysna Khayalethu Clinic

<p>I never seen such a poor service in my life, Poor people leaving their families and work to sick for health assistance of which if never happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took my fiancée to this clinic today arrived at 10:15am we never got attended until 13:00 when they told us to cone tomorrow morning meanwhile there is a lots of staff members running around for nothing (some they have guts to even eat in front of patients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I overhead an argument of a patient and a Nurse when she said (if you are sick you should have came 07:30) if that is the case why don't they inform the community that the Clinic will be closing @ 10:00am daily?</p> <p>How one choose when to get sick?</p> <p>Is this what our government giving back to us as a community?</p> <p> </p> <p>Elders are suffering daily to get medical assistant but nurses they don't feel the pain since they have "jobs for life"</p> <p>Worse part: J.A Standee "(Sister in Charge)" was there but it doesn't really make any different. I have seen a note on the board saying "All screening patients from 10:00am will be attended @ 14:00pm due to lake of staff. My biggest concern this note is not authorized by Western Cape department of health and it doesn't even have a WC Government Logo. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please kindly assist this poor community.</p> <p>Majority doesn't really know where to sick for such a assistant. </p> <p> </p> <p>I hope this will make a change.</p>
