Bad services at Karen Park Clinic by Sister Christine Rakgalakane<br> I went to the Karen Park Clinic on the 23rd March 2015. I arrived at 09:29 for my checkup. When I arrived there, I asked the guy who was controlling the queue and I showed him the referral letter from Dr. George Mukhari Hospital stating that I must go to the clinic. Then the same guy pulled my file I have at the clinic and he confirmed my names and the address then he told me to queue up, I waited on the queue for more than 3hours (180 minutes). After waiting for that long, Sister C. Rakgalakane (nurse) called my name then I went to her and I gave her my file and the referral letter from the Hospital. Then she told me that she told me that SHE WON'T ASSIST ME because I was supposed to go the local clinic according to her! Then she threw my file and the referral letter on the table and she ignored me, then she continued with whatever she was busy with on the computer. Then the two Doctors came to the consultation room then she gave those two gentlemen attention and still ignored me as if I was not even there, then I was busy with my cellphone then she asked me what am I doing on my cellphone then she repeated that sh
