intentional time wasting

<p>I arrived at the clinic at 12:30 from work feeling extremely sick. I have not been attended to since then as the staff is busy walking around doing absolutely nothing!!! Its 14:38 now and I still have not been attended to. It's almost tea time so they are certainly going to attend to me and other patients after 3:30!! This is intentional as the clinic is not even that full!! </p>
