I want to know that are you supposed to pay a bill when you are admitted at Addington hospital in Durban

<p>I was admitted in July I only slept there one day than d following day I was discharged</p> <p>As time goes by I wanted to see the doctor they said I won't be able because I am owing the hospital R150 how come because its a public hospital.... I did pay R30 for opening a file</p>
