Hurt,Mistreated,Rude Nurses and clerks,Insensitive physiothe******

On the 20th of Feb 2024 I went to Mankweng hospital for physio I was referred to by the DOctor who works there while I went to his private practice and another doctor as well but when I got there I was sent from pillar to post,I was treated without empathy and the Batho Pele Principles weee not adhered to,I even left without getting help because the Nurses and clerks there were rude,I sent a message on Facebook to Phophi but I have since not getting any response from her or the department of health,I suffer from chronic pain so physio is a must have for me, when I arrives at the physio department as I was directed by the Doctor who referred me I was told I need to go to the admin to open a file,I went to the admin and before I sat down I asked Nurse Makoma RE if I’m on the right queue she told me Yes I am but when I got there at the clerk’s desk he told me I’m on the wrong queue and I need to go down stairs to open a file ,mind you I’m limping and using a crutch and also in a lot of pain ,he was rude and not emphatic His name tag read :Mr Joseph Mutsega he told me I’m waisting his time he needs to help other patients while I was still asking where the other clerks are and when I told him he was rude ,he was not even apologetic and told me I can even take him a photo. Fine I went downstairs with my limping self to open a file and after opening the file as I was directed by the receiptiniat at the Physiothe****** department I was turned back again by the physiothe****** Mr Maluleke he told me I need to be referred by the Doctor around the hospital so I need to take another queue and go to casualty,when I told him I was referred by the doctors who work here he did not even want to listen and even told me to return back the file to the clerk because I told him o have been going up and down and my ankle is sore but he did not want hear it. I left without getting help and the next day when I went back to the hospital still I was not helped I passed nurses taking selfies in the corridors while patients are waiting to be helped lunch was over an hour over it was 2:30 when I asked to speak to the hospital admin about my complaint and was told she is not around,we cannot be treated like this by public servants,we go to the hospital needing help but we come back even more in pain or sick because we are being mistreated ,I took pictures of the people who did not help me can the department of health do something about this. I cannot keep going to the hospital without getting help but I’m a tax payer.Im hurt
