How long can WAIT

<p>In the middle of March I called the clinic to make an appointment for an implanon and got a date for mid month April. I was advised by a male receptionist that the sister doing it will be made aware and they will call me the day before to confirm. The day before the appointment, a female receptionist called me to inform me that they had to cancel my appointment because the sister who would be doing the implant is going on leave and they will call me to let me know when she's back so we can set another day. First unacceptable conduct. </p> <p> </p> <p>Days after the Easter break I received no calls from the clinic so I called them. The male receptionist answered and advised that the only available date and time is three weeks from now at 8am or earlier. I fail to understand how their system is operated. Second unacceptable conduct.</p> <p> </p> <p>This sisters availability is very limited and I'm wondering why her schedule is as that of a doctor. Do these clinics get audited? If not I would like to request that they be. </p> <p> </p> <p>Almost two months later to get an appointment? That's absolutely insane!</p>
