Hospital with no return

My mother was rushed by ambulance to Tembisa hospital due to no medical aid. At 56 she was a a fit lady with no underlining death risks. It took the hospital an hour to admit her and the correspondence was ,she was diagnosed with diabetes and plonked in a general ward for further tests and observation. The hospital contacted me back after the 5th phone call I had made to inform me about the blood tests they had done and that they were getting my moms blood sugars down but she was comfortable and they will phone me in the morning to inform me of her discharge. In the morning no one phoned ,i called in for an update only to be told your mom is still resting phone in the morning again ,I asked if I could speak to the doctor and they asked me to call in the afternoon ,doctor was not there and they said he will call me ,they did not grant me access to see her and on visiting hours at 15h30 they informed me she died at 7 that morning, no contact to even inform her loved ones. They told me she died from CVA but had not done a scan? People get a hospital plan or you will never see your family again if you end up at that godforsaken mobile home as wards called a hospital with thick people.
