Horrible service at Lentegeur baby and family planning clinic

I went to the Lentegeur Family planning clinic on the 24/08/21 as i had a 9 o clock appointment, i waited my turn and when the nurse was starting to help the 11 o clock people i asked when is my turn to be told she doesnt have my folder i must check with reception...i went to reception who was two guys with such **** attitudes saying they dont have my card which i gave in early somehow between the ppl that take the card and reception the card got lost but have attitude with me like its my fault. They make like they doing me a favor by looking for my card and folder...then witj sarcasm says if you wana complain speak to the manager but she is meetings whole day...i left the clinic at 11:45 from waiting in the line from 8:50 for a 9 o clock appointment...then the lady who took my card in the first place...when i told her my card is missing she don't even look at me and just walks away ...the nurse giving the family planning is calling names of people that came last first and the people that are first are just waiting...it was chaotic
