Health staff not will to work after public holiday

I went to the clinic at 14:35 from work,when I got to the clinic there was a few staff and no doctors then one nurse Nokwanda Gumbi came to us telling us that there are no doctors and shouting telling us it's a public holiday and this was the 17 December 2015 and telling us its after hours and we should go home we are flotting there for we can't be attended and we should go home and couldn't explain
