Health and Safety - Bad Service

Firstly I would like to thank you for your time reading this

In November My Partner and myself went to La Lucia clinic as this was my Baby's appointment date to see the doctor for her Injections. So as normal we waited to check in our baby to see the nurse which they done necessary checks, Weight ETC We have been to this clinic twice before our 3rd visit, on this particular day there was an Indian Nurse which handle us, Name Mrs Perumal this lady thinks she owns the place and talks any how she feels like She called for our baby in a aggressive tone which my partner and I went through as normal, as I walked in, she questioned why am I standing here and what am I doing here, she I advise her that my child has come for her immunization injections ,she told me to leave the room as I have my wife that is with the baby, which this is totally strange as am the father of the child should be with her and before this was not told to me ,which I left the room and stood outside the door to see what was going on which the nurse did not notice the door open

She told my wife to undress my child which my wife did and then she just injected my child without informing us what was going on or how many injections the my baby is receiving as this was always done with us being first parents by other nurse and doctors. She then ask my wife what is she doing here at this clinic as she has no right to be here and must go to Verulam clinic moving forward, why should I go to verulam when I feel comfortable going to La Lucia and plus its is a government place which people from all places are welcomed and also they had other people from all over KZN attending the clinic, previous no other nurse or doctor had an issue which at this point I was outside hearing all of this and my temper raising but as a human being a relaxed myself and acted professional, once Mrs Perumal was done with the injection she asked my wife to leave and toldmy wife don't forget to go to Verulam, my wife stood up and as she was walking my baby was still undressed and she was dressing up my baby as she was walking, my wife did not even has a chance to inform that my baby was unwell, when I looked at the book, there was no details left of the injection given or even the book was not filled out which at this stage I left the clinic and booked an appointment with my baby's doctor

This is not a way a place should carry put their duties if they are going to have People like Mrs/Miss Perumal ill treating their patients
