Furious and Highly Disappointed Community Member

Firstly, I would just like to address an issue that seems out of the ordinary and seems like a lot of people are experiencing the same issues or going through the similar difficulties but don't know how or which platforms to express or write their complaints too. This complaint relates to the Florida Clinic in Florida on Madeline Street which doesn't seem to have it all together with regards to how they treat their patients which relates to various problems such as the nurses not assisting properly, where you get assisted after waiting for more than two hours or at the end of the day not to being assisted at all, especially after the long wait. So I usually go get my family planning from Florida Clinic as it's closer to where I work and which I did explain that I don't have to stay out of work even though I don't attend clinic here but just for the family planning and up until now it's been okay since the incident on Thursday which was my 'go-back-month' but to my surprise the nurse told me with a straight face that they don't have stock and that I should go to another clinic for the family planning which sucked literally, I mean who doesn't have stock? As a clinic you're suppose to have all of this. This drove me into a craze house as I had to stay out of work to visit Westbury Clinic, when I got there I was now then asked a lot of questions as to why Florida Clinic don't have, I told them that's what they told me. I felt as though they are interrogating me as if I'm lying and how could I ever stay out of work and lie about such serious stuff? Westbury Clinic had to phone Florida Clinic and they confirmed as per the chat with the nurse or lady who works at that clinic that they do have family planning in stock but when I visited them yesterday, they told me a different story. So now I'm being pushed around from place to place just because of one simple request that Florida Clinic couldn't assist me with. I don't know if those were lies that the nurse told me but please can someone look into this matter as a means of urgency? We are suffering here outside for our own health, wanting to take care of ourselves but our own healthcare facilities are turning us down and disappointing us and lying to us. We need better assistance and on Monday, I'm going back there, I want to speak to somebody in charge and address this matter further.
