I recieved a ********** tender offer , by some claiming to be from the department of health her name is Racheal Maphopa, it is unfortunate I'm finding this out after I had spent money to supply and deliver goods. As is I'm owing a lot of money to a supplier the number she used is *** which has a voicemail of a 063 number. The email she used is ***. i would appreciated any assistance/advice on what to do
