First time dissatisfactory service

Hillbrow clinic has the worst traumatic experience, especially the club team that Mr Victor is full of himself talks to people like he is talking to his children rude and inconsiderate this guy is from the chronic club department the one next to casualty the security had their own stinking attitude.they shout at us as if they are talking to kids.the toilets are dirty and were closed due to no water.these people are not meant to be working with people they have no batho pele.they left us out in the cold for hours because they are in a warm place.sisi Felicia and Bhuti Daniels team were perfect in these positions made sure we only spend an hour in the clinic as oppose to 5 hours I am really disappointed especially because I refer people here and always tell them good things.
