Family members chased out of casualty

Family member chased out of casualty and not updated about the patients where about.My husband was in casualty and the nurses and the security thrown me out of casualty and at that time my husband was very confused could not do things for himself and on top of that Doctors discharged him alone while he was confused and they said they had done X-rays but which they did not when I notified them thats when they raised eyebrows and only to find out that my husband's skull was cracked,meaning I was going home with a patient who was goin to complicate at night and maybe die.They did that the second time with my mother I was not made aware of what was going on with her,my mother had a headache for 5 hours no one was willing to give pain medication when I asked.Im a really fed up with casualty staff from securities to nurses,professional nurse,Doctors they are very ******** and they just dont care at all.
