extremely terrible and horrible service

Dr Mateane from the New Natal Spruit Hospital Clinic is a nightmare. I went to a local clinic due to an ankle sprain and the local clinic wrote a referral letter to a hospital. I decided to go to the New Natal Spruit Hospital Family Medical Clinic in Vosloorus and that was the biggest mistake I had made. I was consulted by Dr Mateane who told me \you came here due to and ankle sprain?...seriously you've wasted your time and mine by coming all the way here. Why didn't you just look for a panado at home and drank it?... When I grew up I've sprained my ankle so many times and I didn't wine like a baby. Go to the reception area and get the R20 you paid because I won't help you
