Excess hours and over time

I Albert Magandela was employed by Metro Emergency Medical Services Eastern Cape Mthatha ( dept.of health) from 2006-08-20 with the following persal no. ********** 1,i resigned in 2016-2-16,i'm still waiting for my excess hours and over time i did before resigning ,the current employees got paid but i have not recieved mine ,i have done all the procedures but nothing has happened yet.
