Mrs Miyalani is a shining light in a department that is notorious for frustrating legitimate foreigners who are seeking help from the departement.<br> She promptly respond to her emails, picks her call on time (this a huge feat considering her colleagues are notorious for NEVER picking calls even when you call for multiple times over days and weeks.)<br> if only her colleagues could have a fraction of her dedication, we wont have so much problems.<br> And if this ever get to her
