EVDS Health Department system - wrong info

Getting vaccinated - only to find out that the EVDS system has a different name for my ID Number. Even though i got an sms message regarding the vaccine i received . SO how good is the vaccine passports going to be ??

My Mail to EVDS - I have received my 2nd jab, the nurse indicated that my details on the EVDS are incorrect, and that I should contact EVDS and have them updated. I am now expected to provide all this proof to correct their system? How now, surely the health department should be trying to stop these issues. Next stop the news papers. Lets see how they like the people having no faith in their systems.
