Emergency patients not getting seen to in time

We have been in and out of hospitals over the last seven months. Doing tests and seeing docters. By this we know what the setution is regarding my wifes illness. Last nite she needed an hospital urgently because of the effects of this illness. At emergancy we waited 3 hrs to hear from this person or so called docter telling my wife this: \ I dont know what it is you have and it doesnt look serious and can only be a acid reflux. And a throat infection. He then said she must come back later for a drip and a bed. Not even listing to my wifes side of whats going on and just pushed her aside. We were there because of the thyriod
