Elsies Day Hospital does not worry about patients.

I am at the Hospital a 90 minutes and my wife only got her folder 13 minutes ago, she suffers from chronic lung problem.The front desk woman was not there for over an hour on lunch so the doctor and staff said they can not help her and told me go out and wait not there problem nor department. I phoned Tygerberg hospital they told me to wait here, after I made a commotion they put my wife on oxygen with an attitude. I don't know what to do if they don't help her, they haven't called her yet.
