don't expect warm service or anything

firstly, the hospital is filthy and the toilets are worse than the public toilets in downtown Jozi. Service is disgusting, rude, not helpful. The security guards speaks to you however they want as if they pay your rent, its appalling the way they treat people and mind you a lot who are there are distraught, traumatised and emotional. The government have FAILED once again. The doctor does not even seems like she cares or interested in her job, she vague at providing me with feedback as to what is wrong with my son. Who was admitted for meningitis at the time. I would never ever take anyone to that hospital even if it was the last hospital on earth. the don't care attitude is very upsetting. every time i came to that ward all the nurses are chilling in an office no one to receive you or to direct you in the right direction. All they say - WHAT DO YOU WANT!!! its disgusting. One of the security guards even said to me \is this the time you arrive"? I just had no words for her and it looks like only black people get this type of treated not sure what is going there but it needs to stop KEYWORD: public service. You service the public. """
