doctor disrespectful and belittling us

Dr Robles called us in as the family of a patient,but instead of speaking to us he spoke to us in a high disrespectful tone and belittled us as if we were uneducated people who cant understand English. I feel my human rights were violated as the doctor treated my family with disrespect and walked off without concluding anything
