Dobsonville clinic why open 24hrs while u don't have medication

I went to Dobsonville clinic on the 16 June 2019 late at 18:30pm.My mom was sick when we go there I asked the nurses where can I open a file for my mom cause it was the first time attend there cause it was late our clinic was closed so that is why we went to the nearest clinic that is open.The nurse said to me that they will check my mom only cause the clinic is closed its only for emergency. Why do they to open 24hrs but they don't have medication for patients. Dobsonville clinic they have poor service ....I left and went to discovery clinic with my mom they checked her and give her medication ...she got all medication that the doctor prescribed. What I don't understand is both clinic they open 24hrs but dobsonville clinic u don't get medication discovery clinic I had to travel far to get medication while our nearest clinic that are opening 24hrs they don't have medication.... That is not on ..
