Disgusting treatment, no injections given at birth

I am a 30 year old women who gave birth with her first child at Malmesbury Hospital, i was informed this was the best hospital in the area. I trusted these staff to assist me professionally instead only 2 did the others were non-professional. My son is almost 3 months old and still I have not received the injection that has to be given to him at birth for prevention of TB. I called several times and was informed that I must wait till they have and they will call me. I am still waiting and nothing, it is almost 3 months and nothing. I am very disgusted at the service received and the lack of government employees to take responsibility of what they are actually employed to do.<br> I want a response as to why my son has to be at a health risk as to the point of not receiving this injection at birth, waiting so unacceptably long for it and what will be done to correct this error as there are other mothers in my area that gave birth after me on 28th July 2015 and there babies received this very important injection.<br> <br> I want an answer not tomorrow but today otherwise I am forced to take this matter further.<br> <br>
