Disgusting service at Klarinet Clinic

On Sunday the 27th of May 2018 my daughter who is 1 year 9 months got bunt with hot water, she was then rushed to the Klarinet community Clinic in Emalahleni which falls under Mpumalanga provincial government, the nurse who was on duty said it's nothing serious we must just bring her back the following day so that she can be checked again, in the morning we notice that the wund was becoming worse, when she was taken back to the clinic the other nurse said my daughter was supposed to be bandaged the previous nurse was wrong not to bandage the wund, my mother was then told that she must come back around 14:00 as they don't have the bandage, when the time came they said they still don't have.

Right now my daughter is supper weak and the wund is swollen, I have taken her to the hospital. And my argument is that if we were informed of the criticality of the situation we would have taken her to the hospital on the very same day to avoid such pain and punishment to my daughter
