disgusting service

<p>I paid off my out standing last year in this hospital so now i need paid up letters to send a dispute to credit bureau. I went to the hospital to request this letters of which it took me 3hour get someone to assist me</p> <p> </p> <p>What ****es me off is that was told i m still having some outstanding as last year i have paid R240 of which i ve paid R541 for all my outstanding. I went back home luck i manage to get my slips but now the question is theres someone whos not doing their job and now its affecting me as i ve been black listed, secondly i ve been denied my right of this letters even after my payment, lastly i ve been cheated my cash. Your service its disgusting i m still not been help i need my paid up letter</p>
