disgusting attitude and ill treatment of patients

The manner in which patients are treated at that hospital is disgusting especially considering the fact that it is a new hospital. Patients sit on chairs for days, they are not washed, at night some patients sleep on floor in the evenings. Family members are given a hard time when they want to come in to wash their people seeing that they are not washed. My dad is there as we speak and in order for him to get attended to I had to raise my voice which is not right. I went in to wash him because they won't do it. Assessors need to pay that hospital a surprise visit to see all the disgusting things that are happening there. People being treated like animals. Yes there are some staff members who are passionate about their job but majority couldn't be bothered.
