Disgusted Service

I am new in this area. So i thought i will at least good service so no i was wrong the most disgusting service i have ever received. I arrived at the hospital at 14:29 with my two boys Kyle Botha the patient , where i sat down to be assisted by the nurse that happened at 14:56 i was okay with that. He then told me that there are only 2 doctors on duty. So i went and sat down.So i was still sitting and sitting the new security guard then came on to sift i think that was around 18:00 still no name. So i decided to go and sit i bit closer so that i can hear when they are calling. So the guard came to me and told me my Older son 10 needs to go and sit outside alone so i told him no i will not allow that it is Cape town people. The time was 19:30 still not helped so went to go and find out where is his fill lying at now ,so the guy had a look and it was 4 in the yellow box.So i was was still waiting and the time is getting to 21:00 and still not helped so Kyle went to go and asked when will he be helped and the nurses reply was jy gaan maar hier moet slaap en wag tot ons jou help.So he was still not help and all the people that came in after me was helped. So i left at 21:30 disgusted.
