Disgusted by the lazy staff at the clinic

I visited the clinic for family planning, got to the clinic at 7:30 followed the first que to make a card was done here at 8:25 then moved on to the next que to get vitals checked for 20 minutes. It's now 10 I'm in the third que and not one person in front of me has been seen since 8:00, however I find the sisters walking in and out of the rooms talking with what looks like friends. Since I've joined 6 people behind me has left has they are not sure if anyone is going to see to them it's cold and has hard chairs, not to mention we sitting amongst other sick people who are coughing non stop I'm so disgusted with these lazy nurses. There are mothers with little babies sitting in the cold children are getting crabby this que should have been long finished in the time they decide to chat with friends. Oh and in this time that I'm typing they decide to go on tea so that with probably be another hour or so... Because this is called the free clinic it doesn't mean that these nurses are working for free they are well paid but deliver pathetic service.
