Disappointing service

I'm writing this in disappointment and is so sad to be treated like this in this times.yesterday I wasn't feeling well and I went to see a doctor and he advised that I need to test for Covid as I have symptoms, since i didnt have money for the test i opted for govement,so I woke up this morning and went to koos(bara) and I was referred to my nearest clinic and I went to Moroka clinic and they refused to test me saying they dont just test everyone and why didnt i test at the doctor's room,im coughing realy bad and i dont understant why im refused to test
