Disappointed

I gave birth at Lillian Ngoyi clinic in April 2020, due to covid the maternity ward was reasonably empty the beds were empty with just three other ladies during the time I was there . I informed the nurse that I feel the urge to push and she sent me to the labour room alone . I sat there while they did in’s and outs ignoring me as I kept pushing. The nurses were at the counter gossiping when I gave birth to my baby . She nearly fell to the ground as she came out. Instead of apologizing for abandoning their job to gossip they swore and insulted me. I lost so much blood I’m so traumatized by that experience I wouldn’t advise anybody to give birth there. They even exposed another ladies HIV status and loudly discussing her health issues and how disgusting she is for evry body to hear, I doubt this is part of their job description. Dept need to evaluate its employees their obviously unhappy.
