Disability grant

<p>Last year August i found out that i have high blood pressure and arthritis then i stated taking treatment. Then this year in April i went to Sassa offices to apply for disability grant because i cant work anymore because of my left leg and my right arm they feel numb especially when its cold or at night,i cant even lift my arm. At Sassa i was given a form that i must give it to the Doctor to sign and bring it back to them. When i went back to Sassa to return the forms i was surprised to find out that my application was unsuccessful,because the Doctor did not even examine me.He just asked me why am applying for disability grant. Please help i need some answers.</p>
