Diepsloot clinic staff just dont care about others

Diepsloot clinic O.R Tambo gave me the worst service I have ever seen.The receptionist did not want to open up files for us at 11:am on the 14th of December 2015 claiming it was to late for us to get medical assistance.After complaining and making a seen the nurse insisted we get help only then did they open the files for us at 11:23 then we waited until 3:30 for we got to see a doctor.That is just not exceptable and when we speak to staff like the receptionist we get disgraceful comments and stupid suggestions like why don't we go see a doctor somewhere else.Really where is the service delivery in that?Shame poor Diepsloot we still going to struggle shame.
