DEPT.OF HEALTH - COVID HELPLINE - SHOCKING!!!!

I am a residential tenant 'over 60' and have serious lung problem; only just received 2nd vaccine. My landlord requires workmen to be inside unit repairing burglar alarm. (he has had covid so does not really care about protocol) I have declined based on current lockdown but attempted on internet to locate protocol for residential tenants iro repairs and maintenance Unable to locate and contacted COVID Helpline. On explaining to person who answered they did not understand my question and i again explained. I was told to use 'domestos'.!!! When i asked if this was in protocol requirement, she disconnected call. How can we have people dealing with tis issue who do not know what they are talking about and have this type of attitude. Don't expect them to even follow-up on this post. Shocking to say the least
