Department of No Help Health

Last Tuesday 28-12-2021 i had visited a Vaccination site to get my second shot of J&J, first i was told that i had to wait for 4 other people so that i could receive my vaccine because the nurse did not want to open a vial and waste it on only one person, eventually after waiting for however long i did, the assistant started to fill in my details on the ipad but she could not proceed as it said that i was registered as an immuno compromised person and i needed a letter from a doctor with a code and she could not proceed and did not know of any way to help me as i had told her that this is incorrect and i am not immuno compromised and would definitely not be able to get a letter as nothing is wrong with me. I then proceeded to call the covid toll free number and the lady had advised that i need to send an email and someone would be in touch with me. 24 hours later 29-12-2021, i called the hotline again for an update on my query, the agent was extremely rude and argued with me that i am not eligible for a vaccine because J&J booster is after 6 months and Pfizer is after 2 months, that is what her team leader had advised her so. I proceeded to tell her that her information is incorrect and she needs to read up on the mandates set by her employer The Department of Health and that she is spreading false information. at this point she cut the call on me. I then called and spoke to someone else she had advised that the mails will be read in 3-4 days. Fast Foward to today 03-01-2022, i called the hotline again, i was told that i have 2 options that is to get a letter from a doctor or send her an email and she will send to relevant parties and it will take 32 days for the system update, which in this day and age should not be the case as we have advanced technology and the fact that we are being in encouraged to vaccinate, it is totally unacceptable that there is absolutely no help from our government even with something as serious as this. it is extremely upsetting and by the attitude and lack of empathy from the relevant people i know that my matter will never get resolved.
