Good Morning Kindly assist in this regard, My sister is living with epilepsy taking her treatment regularly at KTC day Hospital but on our surprise we were told that they lost her Folder and unfortunately they wi;ll have to open a new one that is my sisters medical history as she go in and out of hospital and mostly our first stop when we take her to hospital is KTC now my sister's grant application was unsuccesful becauise of that lost folder we need answers, for a woman who pees on her self, who attends physio, who seem to have light stroke who takes EpilimR300 and you tell me she is able to work how is she suppose to help.
