Department of health is failing us

<p>I went to one of the day hospitals i Cape Town. I am critical ill i am told to come back tomorrow they can not assist me becasue of their rules. Tell me how come u can not see a doctor when you were sick the whole weekend waiting for Monday only to be told to come the following day. I am currently on prescribed medication what if my illness is related to the medication they didnt give a chance to explain about my sickness. My appointment to see a doctor is scheduled for next week, but i can not wait until then. I was told if im sick i should cisit the clinic because this could lead to something serious. The guy who assist people whithout appointments was very rude told me i know the rules. What rules are those?</p> <p>Please explain to me why are public day hospitals are failing us.</p>
