Department of health.

I am a service provider and supplier to the public sector and never have I experienced what I am experiencing woth the department of heath. They have introduced a electronic invoice system which was supposed to make payments more efficient and on time. I supp**** one of the hospitals with urgent items which they need to carry out their services to the public woth no delay. I have submitted my invoice on the 28th of January and to date I have not received payment. I contact those responsible and I keep getting the same feed back"we are awaiting the next payment run". Today I was told they are waiting for the new financial period to start. I have missed out on many opportunities to supply other departments because of their incompetence. I would like to advise other service providers to think twice before supply them, because you will wait a while for your money.
