COVID VACCINATION - UTTER INCOMPETENCE

You prompted my Aunt to get her 2nd jab ONE WEEK after the 1st. I eventually had to register her again. DOH has NO RECORD of her 1st vaccination. So, VPB-1-6CE4-TB76 of 21.6.2021 is a figment of my imagination, right?? She has medical aid... but nobody can assist me to get this nonsense sorted?! She is 70. She NEEDS her 2nd vaccination. FFS.
