Covid excuses to escape duties

Daveyton extension clinic. Please find it in your heart to address whatever that's happening in this above mentioned clinic.Its sad seeing our health people making a covid situation their escaping plot from giving the service to the community. Today the 06th of December we arrive at the clinic and the gates were closed. The employee called Magudulela attends to us saying the clinic is closed, the time is 11H00. He told us that there's a covid case in the clinic, so they are only helping those inside and no longer allowing people in. I stood there not understanding and he went on explaining that we can return tomorrow. Surprisingly the people inside were going in and out the clinic to get food of course and allowed in. My take is what is covid protocol? if there is a case. It wasn't my date though but I decided to come before my date since I won't be present on that date.
