COVID-19 Portal Functionality a challenge - no second notice to confirm vaccination booking

Department of Health COVID-19 vaccination portal accepts registrations and sends SMS to confirm registration. The SMS states that a follow up message will be send to confirm booking for actual vaccination - I never received any such second confirmation
