Clinic complaint

Ever since I started going to the clinic I haven't been satisfied with their service from their clerk ,nurses and doctors, they have bad attitude towards us , always have the longest ques,they always loosing our files and when they go to lunch they go to lunch all at the same time,most of us are not satisfied with this clinic please do a follow-up or can we have the clinic closed because we not benefiting at all
