Had the most distasteful experience at one if your clinics Weltevredenpark clinic the long waiting time and service now I understand the frustrations I have been hearing about government facilities. The thought that when one if your nurses when taking my blood is on her watsaap chatting while assisting me and she cant even talk to ask me to lean back so she can take my blood pressure she pushes me back was a shock at first. Then in the consutation room was the worst as I entered the room she did not even reply or acknowledge that I greeted her as she was also on her watsaap for avlbout 5 min as she decides to see me she replies in vernac "you came in at a time where I was busy with my own things" I aplogised for me disturbing her while busy with her own things she had a attitude and was rude. My reason for going there was because I needed help with my seasonal flu she out of nowhere asked ne when was the last time I had an Hiv test I wad astonished as I did not come to the clinic for that but I rep**** not so long ago as it was around march she asked for the results and i rep****. She demanded me to go take a Hiv test I thought an Hiv test was something I decide and voluteer to do since when do nurses demand that but because she was intimidating and I needed rhe service I did the test my experience was dehumanizing at your clinic and I dont think ill ever go back.
