Bull**** Service

<p>Clearly some people dont take their jobs very seriously.On the 06 October 2016 i went to get an HIV test,i have never been so disrespected,humiliated and undermined.</p> <p>Firstly,the lady who was assisting me (Smangele Madonsela) had taken an hour and 15 mins tea,which in my knowledge has never happened in any Dep of Health.</p> <p>Secondly, she had her name tag upside down and Im sure it was because of her unbearable atttiude. When she invited me in her office to test me, not even once did she counsil me but she kept telling me that it was wrong of me not to have gone back to where I tested previously. That if i wanted to sue the guy ,how will I do it if I keep testing everywhere(not relevant as I just wanted to know my status). She undermined me and belittled me as I was below her class of God knows what.</p> <p>At such a sensitive thing and private I would have expected better from her but to her i was just another number she will add in her books and not caring what effect it would have on me in the long run,the treatment i got has left me thinking maybe testing isnt such a good idea.</p> <p> </p> <p>The thee untouchable Smangele Madonsela has been treating the society with disrespect and gets away with it, I say she is in a wrong field or profession she doesn't have UBUNTU. What could have happened if I was suicidal or I just lost my temper and taught her a lesson. She needs a refresher course on her duties and dealing with different people from all different walks of life. Above all I wonder if she remembers her OATH or it was chorus to her,that's if she went that far with her studies.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
